It taste pretty good for a vitamin. I see a difference in the strength of my hair. Less breakage since using this.

I wish you guys had an option to give 10 stars because I would give this product 10 starsno exaggeration. I had pretty bad postpartum shedding, and Im happy to say my edges are back. My hair is so much thicker and so much longer than it was before. This is a holy Grail product for me. Not only does this product work, but it tastes good too.

Prior to purchase I (too) read a ton of reviews. At first I was very hesitate in purchasing; I was worried Id fallen for another influencer dupe to purchase something that doesnt really help my specific needs. I decided to take the plunge and try after all; the reviews were amazing and I was hopeful. Im thrilled I took the plunge! This stuff is life changing! Ive always battled sensitivity to products (stomach backlash) and have battled thin hair my whole life so I started lightly once I received this in the mail. The bottle is much bigger than I had anticipated and the taste was surprisingly good. The flavor is mango and does not leave a weird after taste. The dosage stated I could take up to 2 tablespoons a day. Because of my sensitive stomach, I started with just a teaspoon every other day. I wanted to make sure I wasnt going to have revenge tummy (honestly was afraid of reverse GI issues). After a week, I bumped up to one tablespoon every other day and then the following week, one tablespoon a day. Im now taking this daily and following the two tablespoon dosage recommendations. I have not had any stomach issues and Ive noticed a HUGE difference in my hair! My hair feels fuller, has begun growing back following terrible postpartum hair loss (Im talking 4 years trying to recover the loss) and has a beautiful shine to it. I would highly recommend this for anyone who also battles thin, fine hair, especially those who battle hair loss. My hair stylist who has been cutting and coloring my hair for a decade has even commented on the difference my hair quality has been. So I start taking Mary Ruth multivitamins approximately 2 weeks ago I been taking the mango flavor and recently just bought the dragon fruit obviously its a size difference and I like the flavor of the one Im currently taking now I will be back for a update
